Purchasing Tickets
IMPORTANT: Ensure you have registered for an account at https://peacock.firepony.org/
- Confirm or create your ticket account prior to ticket sale events.
- Tickets can be purchased at https://peacock.firepony.org/
- Tickets will not be sold at the gate.
- There is no reentry.
Log into the Peacock site up to 15 minutes before the listed time and join the queue. The website provides more details about the sale.
Purchasers in the ticket sale may buy up to 4 tickets per sale. Extra tickets need to be transferred to another account holder before the event.
Transferring Tickets
Transfers must be done through your Peacock account.
- Gifting & transferring of tickets must take place before tickets can be used for admission.
- Reminder: DO NOT resell tickets for more than the price you paid for them! Any tickets found to be resold for more than the original purchase price will be void.
- Transferees must have their own Peacock account.
- Transferees must sign the waiver; see waiver information below.
- Use the Facebook Ticket & Rideshare group to sell tickets if no longer needed.
- Avoid scams! If you’re handling a transfer please do not send or request money until AFTER the tickets have been transferred. The tech team can recover scammed tickets; we can’t recover scammed money!

Tickets for Minors
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Children 12 and younger do require a minor ticket, which can be purchased by the parent or guardian using the adult’s Peacock account.
- Minors ages 13 – 17 use the same standard tickets as adults.
- Minors are defined as being under 18 at the time they come through the gate.
- Participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to sign a separate waiver for each individual.
IMPORTANT: If the minor’s parent or guardian is not attending Constellation with the minor but gives consent (e.g. you’re bringing your nephews and nieces to the event), you must contact the Board for additional information at board@firepony.org and the Board will decide if a special exception can be permitted.
Parking and RV Passes

- A limited number of RV passes will be available for free. RV passes will be required for all RVs, whether in a Theme Camp or RV Open Camping. There are no RV hookups.
- Art Cars and Mutant Vehicles are allowed if an application is approved in advance of the event.
- Constellation will not have car passes in 2024. We encourage minimizing the environmental impact by carpooling whenever possible.
Waivers
All adult participants are required to sign the online waiver form prior to the event. All minor participants must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
The ticketing system will prompt you to sign the waiver during the purchase process and when claiming a transferred ticket.
- This waiver is a legally binding document and must reflect accurate details about the adult participant including legal first and last name and address as reflected on your ID.
A valid ID is a photo ID consisting of:- A valid, state-issued driver’s license or identification card
- A valid Armed Forces ID card
- A valid passport or travel visa
- Upon entry at the gate, participants are required to show a valid legal ID matching the name and ID number on the signed waiver.
- No print-outs or other forms of ticketing will be accepted at the gate; only a valid legal ID matching a signed waiver are accepted.
Ticket Aid
Constellation has a limited number of Reduced Price Tickets available for participants. Applications for Ticket Aid are due 9pm (Eastern) on June 21, 2024. You will be notified by June 28, 2024. Approved recipients will receive the discount at the time of purchase. For more information and to apply go to Constellation 2024 – Ticket Aid Program.
Radical Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Ticket Program
The Radical Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (R.I.D.E.) committee offers 20 gifted (free) Constellation tickets and parking passes exclusively to Black, Brown, Indigenous, Native American, Latina/e/o/x, Chicanx, Arab, Middle Eastern, North African, South Asian, Asian, Pacific Islander individuals. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are Final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Fees are non-refundable.
