Need some downtime to sit and relax or need some brain stimulation? Realm of Fae will have an ongoing “make yourself at home and help yourself” station inside our public space with adult coloring pages and art supplies, word games and puzzles, crosswords, word search and soduko puzzles.

The Hot Dog Races need judges, so if you have a keen eye and a need for speed stop by Barrel of Fun to get sworn in as a race official! You’ll learn the rules of the road, how to run a clean race, and once you’ve been sworn in you’ll get a shiny new badge to let racers know you’re an Official Official. Stopwatches are provided at each course to record winning times, so you can run official races anytime on any track you choose!

Ongoing live jams and drum circles at Iguana Chill! Bring your own instrument or use one of ours. Come hang with the best musicians on playa!

Come down to the Bank of the Apocalypse and invest in some feats. A feat is any action, gesture, performance, contribution, or accomplishment that deserves recognition and celebration. Camp U-CAN-LELE puts the “play” in playa! We have a collection of board games and musical instruments available for everyone to enjoy throughout the event. Come roll the dice, strum a tune, or just relax with friends as we celebrate the joy of play and spontaneous jams. If Four Strings is available, you might even be able to get a private lesson!

Pick up your Very Important Burner passport at the VIB jet set lounge during operating hours. Then travel the universe, acquiring visas and passport stamps from more than 20 participating camps.

richROT is a semi-autonomous burner robot that has been attending the Big Burn since 2015. richROT recently completed an EPIC JOURNEY across the country to check out the North East Regional Burn scene and is excited to attend Constellation for the first time!

richROT has a list of art and events at the burn on a clip board, but has trouble getting around on its own. If you see richROT as you’re walking around, why not try to help it along its way? richROT MUST return to the Bank of the Apocalypse by Sunday night for tear down!

Mysterious items will occasionally appear, and with the visitations of passers-by, perhaps those items will disappear as well. It’s best to check mid-morning and mid-afternoon. The Phantom Gift Box will itself disappear overnight. Stop by and find a warm accessory.

(Menstrual supply kits will also be provided.)

Constellation’s fastest growing meat-based sport has gone legit! 7 officially sanctioned street racing tracks make up this year’s Condiment Cup, where racers will compete to find out who’s this year’s Top Dog! How’s it work? Think pinewood or soapbox derby, but with hot dogs! There’s 3 rules:

1) Chassis of each racer must consist of one Official Racing Hot Dog.
2) Racers must be exclusively gravity-powered.
3) Dogs are released at the start, not pushed or thrown.

Head to Barrel of Fun to get your dog and race to the top of the leaderboards!

Any parts which might be useful for making an off-road racing hot dog. Hot dogs will be provided.

I’ve had many art projects over the years that have pushed the limits in the cause of humor. A lot of those involved portrayals of existing products, and corporations’ legal staff are not known for their senses of humor when it comes to their products and trademarks.
Come see what I’ve done over the years, and some of the responses that I’ve received. Many of my prior art projects (along with their legal consequences) will be on display at the camp or at times, roaming randomly.
Feel free to take pictures of the art and “certificates” and interact with it where appropriate.

Every year, Tall Santa returns to distribute gifts and Christmas spirit. When you see the red-suited Santa and hear his Christmas kazoo, come running to join in the fun. Elves, reindeer, and Santa groupies are welcome to join!
This is a non-judgemental Santa, so don’t fret over whether you’ve been naughty or nice. You’ve been yourself, and that’s good enough!
This will happen at some random time and Santa will try to get to a wide variety of places in his journey.

Saint will be bringing mobility devices again for people that need them, this time operating from Cease and Desist Camp at #60 (intersection of Blazing Path and Starlight Avenue). This may include power wheelchairs, mobility scooters, manual wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and other aids. Feel free to borrow what you need and return it when you’re done or by the end of the event.
Please use good sense and care when using the powered devices so everyone stays safe.

Oh, dear heavens! Look at this MESS! Constellation’s streets have been ravaged by Sparkle Ponies and ne’er-do-wellers and it’s time we clean up this city and get it back to it’s glory. Be on your best behavior, because you never know when the Lincoln Family Street Cleaners will be coming through with citations. Let’s face it, we all know you’re fine, but do you really want to receive one?

Camp Are We There Yet? brought a popcorn machine so stop by and enjoy some self-serve fresh popped corn… if you’re the lucky burner to arrive to an empty machine then you get to make popcorn on the Playa. *easy to follow instructions posted at Camp Are We There Yet?

Camp Are We There Yet? brought a hot dog roller too. We’ll throw the first round of meat and veggie dogs on the rollers around lunch and dinner then self serve style and just replace the dog ya took with one from the cooler for the next burner to enjoy. And for crying out loud dont ask Are They Done Yet?… these dogs are fully cooked right out of the package and I don’t know how hot you want it… don’t make us be the master of your dog journey

Ongoing once we get enough glizzy glaze for yall depraved souls. Don’t get your “hot dog” water from those Rainbow grifters! We got that real real shit.

Something warm and toasty to cuddle with

We’re new and want you to help us spruce up our sadly bare camp tent by making g a garland that travels to each burn and adorn our public space canopy. We’ll have acorns and various other natural items that we want our favorite friends (that’s you) to help us decorate and string into a colorful garland. We’ll supply acorns, jute/hemp rope, paint, glue, wire, and whatever other art supies we can fit in our gear. Stop by to hang out in our creative space and decorate some nature. Or feel free to bring a bauble of your own to add to the string. Open ongoing, during daylight hours.

Come rest ye weary traveler at our oasis station. After hours we will have hot water for cider, coffee, and cocoa, in addition to questionable tasty gluten free treats and adult beverages upon request! Our lounge will have a big screen for cartoons and other halloween themed entertainment.

And yes Pluto will be there, planet be damn! Also you must (once finished playing I ask that U) sign/draw on table. Expect to see or experience additional games using those sphere shaped planets we love. You’re gonna have to try your best to avoid the asteroids.

Do you like shiny things? Of course you do ~ you’re a burner! Stop by Glass Holz and create something with our tumbled pieces of glass or simply choose your favorite piece to tuck in your pocket. Glass and jewelry making supplies will be out on our tables during daylight hours. All are welcome, even if we are not at home. If we are, you can bet we’ll pull up a seat and share some space with you. Children will need adult supervision please.

Bring seeds or small startings, if you have extra. Feel free to take, even I f you have nothing to swap.

Come paint on this year’s collaborative Metapainting! The theme is Whirled Religion and we need PAINTERS!! We have all the supplies, but we need your hands and YOUR imagination.
