Purchasing Tickets
IMPORTANT: Ensure you have registered for an account at https://peacock.firepony.org/
- Confirm or create your ticket account prior to ticket sale events.
- Tickets can be purchased at https://peacock.firepony.org/
- Tickets will not be sold at the gate.
- There is no reentry.
Log into the Peacock site up to 15 minutes before the listed time and join the queue. The website provides more details about the sale.
Purchasers in the ticket sale may buy up to 4 tickets per sale. Extra tickets need to be transferred to another account holder before the event.
Transferring Tickets
Transfers must be done through your Peacock account.
Tickets for Minors
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Children 12 and younger do require a minor ticket, which can be purchased by the parent or guardian using the adult’s Peacock account.
- Minors ages 13 – 17 use the same standard tickets as adults.
- Minors are defined as being under 18 at the time they come through the gate.
- Participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to sign a separate waiver for each individual.
IMPORTANT: If the minor’s parent or guardian is not attending Constellation with the minor but gives consent (e.g. you’re bringing your nephews and nieces to the event), you must contact the Board for additional information at board@firepony.org and the Board will decide if a special exception can be permitted.
Waivers
All adult participants are required to sign the online waiver form prior to the event. All minor participants must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
The ticketing system will prompt you to sign the waiver during the purchase process and when claiming a transferred ticket.
- Upon entry at the gate, participants are required to show a valid legal ID matching the name and ID number on the signed waiver.
- A valid ID is a photo ID consisting of:
- A valid, state-issued driver’s license or identification card
- A valid Armed Forces ID card
- A valid passport or travel visa
- No print-outs or other forms of ticketing will be accepted at the gate; only a valid legal ID matching a signed waiver are accepted.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are Final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Fees are non-refundable.
